Greek Isle Salad With Spiced Pepitas
Directions
- In a salad bowl, layer baby spinach, heated gyros slices, tomatoes, red onions, spiced chickpeas and pepitas.
- Drizzle salad with Lemon Greek Yogurt Dressing and garnish with grilled pita wedges.

- 2 tbsp chickpeas, spiced, roasted
- 2 /12 oz KronoBROIL® Gyros Slices
- 2 tbsp Lemon Greek Yogurt Dressing
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, thin slices
- 1 tbsp pepitas
- 1 Kronos® Pita Bread, 6", grilled, quartered
- 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced

Directions
Toss pepitas with seasoning until evenly coated.Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp oregano, crumbled finely
- 1 cup pepitas, roasted salted

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk to combine.
