Green Origin® All American Burger
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together tabasco, Cajun seasoning, and mayonnaise.
- Rub burger with olive oil then flavor with pepper. Cook on grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Place cheese on top to melt.
- Spread tabasco mayonnaise on bun then place burger on bottom bun.
- Top the burger with mushroom ragout top with bun and take a bite.

- 1 ea. Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser, toasted
- 1 ea. Green Origin™ Burger, 4 oz
- 1 tsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1 ea. West Creek® Cheese Slice(s), Swiss
- 1/4 cup Peak® mushroom ragout, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup West Creek Mayo
- 1 tbsp Tabasco® Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
Peak® Mushroom Ragout
Directions
- Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium high heat and add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in wine and slowly reduce by half. Add salt and pepper.
- Stir in fresh herbs then reserve for service.

- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt

- 1/2 tsp Roma Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Thyme, Fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup Piancone® Chablis cooking wine
