Green Origin™ Pepperoni Bruschetta
Directions
- Place a portion of greens on each toasted piece of ciabatta.
- Top with a tablespoon of olive tapenade, followed by pepperoni, goat cheese crumbles and banana pepper on top as garnish.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze and serve two pieces per person.
Ingredients
- 8 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Artisan Ciabatta Panini, toasted
- 8 tbsp Olive Tapenade, (see recipe below)
- 16 slices Green Origin™ Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Piancone® Balsamic Glaze
- 1 cup Arcadian salad greens
- 1/4 cup Roma® hot banana peppers, sliced
Roma Olive Tapenade
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Allow to sit overnight to blend flavors.

- 1/4 cup Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
- 2 tbsp Roma® Capers , nonpareil
- 1 cup Roma® green olives, chopped
- 1 cup Roma® Olives, Kalamata, pitted and chopped
- 1 tsp Roma Garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, Italian, minced
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® crushed chili flakes, fine chopped
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
