Herb Pan Seared Ribeye with Brave Potatoes
Directions
- In a small bowl add Thyme, basil and Hickory Seasoning
- Rub steak with 1 oz olive oil
- Add a small portion of the seasoning along each side of the steak
- In a sauté pan add 2oz olive oil and heat to medium heat. When oil is hot add steak and sear the first side
- Add butter to pan and sear the second side, basting with butter to add a richness to the steak
- In a sauté pan add 1oz olive oil and potatoes, add a pinch of the seasoning mix, sauté until tender
- Add potatoes to platter, drizzle the sauce over the potatoes, sprinkle with parsley flakes
- Add steak to platter and drizzle a little butter / olive oil mixture.

- 3 oz creole sauce
- 1 pinch hickory seasoning
- 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
- 6 oz potato(es), wedged
- 4 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
- 12 oz Stonehouse® Beef Steak(s), Ribeye
