Heritage Ovens® Waffles with Spring Berry Relish
Directions
- Heat berries with Marsala wine in sauté pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add sugar and remove from heat to cool.
- Fold together berry mixture, mint, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Place toasted waffles on plate then top with berry relish and a dollop of whipped cream.

- 2 ea Heritage Ovens® Liège waffles, sliced and toasted
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Strawberry(ies), sliced
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® blueberries
- 1/4 cup Piancone® marsala cooking wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Mint, chopped
- 1 tsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
- 1 tsp West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Whipped Topping
