Hickory Smoked Brisket
Directions
- Combine brown sugar and rub seasoning. Coat brisket with this mixture.
- Wrap brisket in film wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Set smoker to 225 degrees f with hickory wood.
- Cook brisket for 1.5 hours per pound in smoker.
- Once cooked allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving and serving with your choice of BBQ sauce on the side.

- 2 cups Magellan® beef rub seasoning
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 4 cups West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original
