Island Mussels
Directions
- Mix the Key Lime, coconut milk, and heavy cream together and bring to a boil. Drop in the mussels to heat.
- Remove the mussels and let the liquid reduce by one third.
- Toss the mussels in the reduce liquid along with the cayenne, mangoes, and peppers.

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 lb Empire's Treasure® Mussels
- 3 oz mango(es), diced
- 1 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red, diced
