Italian Mojitos


  1. Bring sugar and water to boil; reduce to 1 1/2 c. Chill.
  2. In a pitcher, combine simple syrup, club soda, lime juice, and vodka. Stir to combine.
  3. Dip each serving glass rim into key lime juice. Transfer each glass rim into basil crystals.
  4. Fill each glass with ice; pour mojitos over ice. Garnish with basil and lime wedges.


  • 1 cup West Creek® sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Pearl® Lime Basil Vodka
  • 3 oz Ascend® Key Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Heritage® Club Soda, chilled
  • 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Basil Leaves
  • 1 ea lime(s), cut into wedges
  • as needed Fresh Origin® Basil Crystals
