Jala-Mango BBQ Salmon Salad
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place bacon in a large, cold cast iron or other oven safe skillet then turn heat to medium and cook until bacon is crisp.
- Remove and chop bacon.
- Using same cast iron pan, add salmon to skillet, skin side up then saute for 2 minutes.
- Flip then saute for 2 minutes, coat with Jala-Mango BBQ sauce and place in oven for approximately 6 minutes.
- Divide lettuce between two plates.
- Drizzle each plate with fresh lemon, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Top with chopped bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and BBQ salmon.

- 1/2 cup West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Jala-Mango
