Jalapeno Pull Apart Loaf

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a half sheet tray with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small saucepot, melt butter. Add in scallions and minced garlic, cook 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Cut the bread on a diagonal into 1 inch diamonds. Do not cut all the way through the loaf.
  4. Using a mini offset spatula, spread the jalapeno cheese sauce in the inside of the diamonds, making sure to get into all the crevices.
  5. Using a pastry brush, brush the melted butter over the surface of the bread, getting some cheese in the crevices as well.
  6. Wrap loaf in foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes then unwrap and bake for 5-10 minutes, until golden. Transfer to a platter.

  • 3 ea. Scallions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 loaf bread, sourdough
  • 1 cup Chef-Mate Que Bueno Jalapeno Cheese Sauce
