Jalapeno Pull Apart Loaf
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a half sheet tray with aluminum foil.
- In a small saucepot, melt butter. Add in scallions and minced garlic, cook 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Cut the bread on a diagonal into 1 inch diamonds. Do not cut all the way through the loaf.
- Using a mini offset spatula, spread the jalapeno cheese sauce in the inside of the diamonds, making sure to get into all the crevices.
- Using a pastry brush, brush the melted butter over the surface of the bread, getting some cheese in the crevices as well.
- Wrap loaf in foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes then unwrap and bake for 5-10 minutes, until golden. Transfer to a platter.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 loaf bread, sourdough
- 1 cup Chef-Mate Que Bueno Jalapeno Cheese Sauce
