Season the outside of the tenderloin with the Jerk seasoning. Heat oil in a pan and sear the outside of the pork. Finish in the oven.
Meanwhile wipe out the pan and melt the butter. Toss in the pineapple and red pepper. When the pineapple starts to brown add the honey and black pepper.
Reduce and spoon over rice. Place the finished pork on top.
