While it's grilling, baste it with the sweet soy sauce. Cook to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Spread the Sweet Chili Mayonnaise on the bottom portion of the bun and place the cooked burger on top. Top the burger with kimchi. Place the crown of the bun over the kimchi and serve.

1 Chinese steamed bun
1 Butterball® Turkey Burger, Coarse Ground Turkey
1/3 cup kimchi
1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, sweet chili
2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
Sweet Chili Mayonnaise
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and blend well.
Place in a storage container and refrigerate. Allow the sauce to marinate for 4 hours before serving.
