Luigi® Gluten Free New Haven Style White Clam Pizza
Directions
- Rub 1 tbsp of unfiltered extra virgin olive oil onto thawed pizza crust to moisten dough.
- In a medium bowl, mix 1 tbsp unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add mozzarella cheese to the dough surface followed by clam mixture and shaved parmesan cheese.
- Place pizza in a 500-degree oven, bake until cheese gets golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with crushed red pepper and remaining 1 tbsp of unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.

- 1/2 cup Piancone Cheese Parmesan, shaved
- 3 tbsp Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
- 1 tsp Roma® Red Pepper, Crushed
- salt and pepper, to taste
