Luigi® Pizza Primavera
Directions
- Spread pizza sauce on the surface on the pizza crust and then dollop pesto sauce evenly on top of sauce.
- Continue to build pizza by placing cheese evenly over the crust, then remaining vegetables.
- Bake as desired until cheese is bubbly and brown.
- Sprinkle fresh basil over pizza.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve.
Ingredients
- 1 ea Luigi® 12” broccoli cheddar pizza crust
- 6 oz Piancone Pizza Sauce
- 2 oz Roma® pesto sauce
- 6 oz Bacio® cheese
- 1/4 cup Roma® Fire Roasted Peppers, julienned
- 1/4 cup Roma® cherry peppers
- 1/4 cup Roma® Olives, Black, Sliced
- 2 ea Roma® Artichoke Hearts, cut in half then into wedges
- 1/4 cup Piancone® Tomato, Strips with Juice
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), sliced
- 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, Baby
- 8 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chiffonade
