Place pork loin in 4-inch pan and cover with dressing. Marinate overnight.
Next day, preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove pork loin from marinade and discard marinade. Place pork loin in roasting pan and sprinkle pepper supreme generously on entire exposed surface of loin. Place in oven for 1½ to 2 hours. Internal temperature must be 155°F to be done. Remove from oven and let loin set for 5 minutes before carving.
