Mushrooms with Bacon Sour Cream


  1. Prepare West Creek Butter Breaded Mushrooms according to package directions and arrange on an appetizer plate with kale and sliced cherry tomatoes.
  2. Mix together sour cream and bacon to make the Bacon Sour Cream and serve on the side of the dish in a ramekin.


  • 4 oz Entice® Butter Breaded Mushrooms, (about 8)
  • 2 leaves kale, leaves
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tomato(es), cherry
  • 3 tbl West Creek® Bacon, (cooked, diced)
