Nature’s Best Dairy® Sweet Potatoes
Directions
- Pass sweet potatoes thru a food mill.
- While potatoes are warm whip in butter, goat cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Layer potatoes in a casserole dish then top with candied pecans. Cover with foil.
- Heat oven to 385° and bake for 20-25 minutes then serve.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es), Sweet, peeled and boiled until soft
- 1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/2 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1 1/2 cups Magellan® candied pecan pieces
