Nature’s Best Dairy® Sweet Potatoes

Directions

  1. Pass sweet potatoes thru a food mill.
  2. While potatoes are warm whip in butter, goat cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer potatoes in a casserole dish then top with candied pecans. Cover with foil.
  4. Heat oven to 385° and bake for 20-25 minutes then serve.

  • 4 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es), Sweet, peeled and boiled until soft
  • 1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1/2 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 1/2 cups Magellan® candied pecan pieces
