New Orleans BBQ Shrimp
Directions
- Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and 1/4 BBQ Shrimp Seasoning (recipe follows), cook for 1 minute, turning shrimp once.
- Add beer and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk in butter and serve in a bowl garnished with toasted French bread.

- 1 bottle beer, draught
- 1 lb Empire's Treasure® Shrimp, Jumbo, (head and tail on)
- 4 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, French, toasted
- 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/4 cup Roma® Oil, Olive
BBQ Shrimp Seasoning
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.

- 1/4 cup onion, powder
- 1/4 cup oregano, whole leaves, dried
- 1 1/2 cup paprika
- 3 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup McCormick Culinary® Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup parsley, flakes
- 1 tsp Roma® Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 cup rosemary, dried, (leaves)
- 2 tsp salt, kosher
