Panna Cotta with Mixed Berries
Directions
- Bring the cream, vanilla bean and sugar to a simmer.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water and let sit for ten minutes.
- Turn off the heat and dissolve the gelatin into the cream mixture.
- Portion into ramekins and chill for 2 ½ hours.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin, powder
- 1 1/2 qt Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 2 each vanilla bean, split
- 4 1/2 tbsp water, cold
- 1 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
Vanilla Syrup and Orange Sauce
Directions
- Combine the water, sugar and vanilla bean.
- Simmer until the mixture reduces in half forming a syrup.
- Melt the butter and sauté the fruit.
- Flambé in Grand Marnier and add the syrup.

- 1 pt blueberries
- 1/2 cup liqueur, Grand Marnier
- 5 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
- 1 pt raspberries, fresh
- 1 pt strawberries, fresh
- 1 cup sugar, granulated
- 2 each vanilla bean, split
- 1 cup water
