Peach Crisp

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degree F. Spray baking dish with small amount of cooking spray.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into baking dish.
  3. Wipe out bowl and then add the dry topping ingredients: oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Then add the wet: vanilla, maple syrup, and avocado oil. Stir until combined and then spread over the top of the filling.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  5. Allow it to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.

  • (1) #10 can West Creek® sliced peaches, in juice
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8 tbsp. flour, almond
  • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 6 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups nuts, such as walnut
  • 2 cups flour, almond
  • 8 tbsp. Avocado oil
  • 12 tbsp. maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
