Peach Crisp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350-degree F. Spray baking dish with small amount of cooking spray.
- Mix all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into baking dish.
- Wipe out bowl and then add the dry topping ingredients: oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Then add the wet: vanilla, maple syrup, and avocado oil. Stir until combined and then spread over the top of the filling.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow it to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.

- (1) #10 can West Creek® sliced peaches, in juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 tbsp maple syrup
- 8 tbsp. flour, almond
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 6 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups nuts, such as walnut
- 2 cups flour, almond
- 8 tbsp. Avocado oil
- 12 tbsp. maple syrup
- pinch of salt
