Pecan Spin Bake
Directions
- Mix the cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together. Add the Pecan Spin pieces and soak for 20 minutes.
- Spray a loaf pan with Brilliance Pan Release
- Pour the mixture into the pan and cover with foil. Bake in a 350 F oven for 1 hour or until set. Chill and slice.
- Garnish with Waffle Dust and whipped dairy topping.

- 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Perfectly Southern® Waffle Dust
- Nature's Best Dairy® Whipped Topping
