Peppadew Beer Cheese Flatbread
Directions
- Mix Cheddar cold pack cheese, beer and diced Peppadew peppers to spreadable consistency
- Spread Cheese mixture evenly over entire Flatbread Top with shredded Bacio cheese Sprinkle on strips of peppers and caramelized onions
- Bake in pizza oven at 450 until cheese melts and garnish with diced Peppadews
- Slice at angle and enjoy!!

- 4 1/2 oz Peppadew Beer Cheese Spread
- 1 Heritage Ovens flatbread
- 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, shaved, caramelized
- 1 oz Peppadews, diced
- 2 1/2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow, sliced
