Peri-Peri Sprouts

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450° toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook until roasted about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and toss with honey and peri-peri sauce. Top with cotija cheese and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Brussel sprouts, cut into quarters
  • 3 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese
  • 1/2 cup peri-peri sauce
  • 2 tbsp Guest House® honey
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
