Peri-Peri Sprouts
Directions
- Heat oven to 450° toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook until roasted about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and toss with honey and peri-peri sauce. Top with cotija cheese and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Brussel sprouts, cut into quarters
- 3 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese
- 1/2 cup peri-peri sauce
- 2 tbsp Guest House® honey
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
