Piancone Epicureo® Rack of Lamb
Directions
- In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, Dijon, herbs, and parmesan cheese.
- Generously rub the rack with this blend.
- Heat oven to 385-degrees F. Place lamb on backing rack placed on a sheet pan.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until medium rare to medium then serve.

- 2 ea Piancone Epicureo® frenched rack of lamb, domestic
- 1/2 cup mustard, dijon
- 1/2 cup Roma® breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Sage, chopped
- 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan
