Pimento Cheeseburger

Directions

  1. Preheat fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook burger according to desired doneness. While the burger is cooking, toast hamburger bun.
  3. On the bottom half of bun, pile lettuce, then tomato.
  4. Cook two McCain® Potato Rings according to directions, remove from fryer, drain from oil. Season with salt.
  5. Place burger patty on top of tomato, spread pimento cheese on top of burger, place two potato rings on top of cheese place top of bun on rings to finish it off.

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. bun(s), hamburger, (potato or sesame)
  • 1/2 oz. lettuce, baby field greens, shredded (romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 slice ea. Beefsteak tomato
  • 1 ea. burger patties, all-beef (can sub turkey or veggie burger)
  • 2 ea. McCain® Potato Rings
  • 3 tbsp cheese, pimento
