Pimento Dip

Directions

  1. Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, combine the nacho cheese sauce, cream cheese, sugar, and mayo.
  2. Whip until combine, scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
  3. Add pickle juice, sriracha, and sugar. Whip to combine.
  4. Fold in roasted red peppers. Taste to adjust seasoning.

  • 2 cups Chefmate Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsps Sriracha
  • 1/3 cup pickle, brine
  • 2 ea. Red Bell Pepper, roasted, deseeded, minced.
