Pinto Beans and Ham Hocks
Directions
- Boil hocks in water over high heat for 45 minutes.
- Add onion, hot sauce, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Continue to cook for 20 minutes.
- Add pinto beans and cook for another 20-30 minutes until beans are cooked. Serve.

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tsp. Frank's RedHot® Original Hot Sauce
- 3 ham, hock(s)
- 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), (diced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. water
