Pistachio Brittle


  1. Line sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat add sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and add pistachios, baking soda and butter.
  3. Stir until it stops foaming. Pour this mixture in sheet pan and cool for 30 minutes until cook then break apart for use.


  • 1 lb pistachios
  • 2 cups West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Brilliance cooking spray
