Frank's RedHot® Pumpkin Spice Wings

Directions

  1. Steam chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Cool completely, cover, and hold refrigerated for service.
  2. Set fryer to 375°F. For each serving, toss 1 pound of wings with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until well coated. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Drain wings and place into the large bowl with 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Glaze. Toss to coat. Serve hot alongside desired accompaniments.

  • 1/2 cup corn starch

Pumpkin Spice Glaze

Directions

  1. Combine maple syrup, Frank's RedHot Seasoning, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, onion powder, salt, mustard powder, garlic powder and melted butter in a large stainless bowl.
  2. Whisk to incorporate.

  • 1/4 cup Franks® Original Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp sugar, brown
  • 2 tbsp McCormick Culinary® pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp McCormick Culinary® Onion Powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp sea salt, Mediterranean Coarse Grind
  • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary® Mustard Seed, ground
  • 1 tsp McCormick Culinary® Garlic Powder 
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
