Ridgecrest® Pulled Pork Eggroll
Directions
- Defrost egg roll wrappers and moisten the edges with water.
- Combine the Ridgecrest® Pulled Pork and cabbage. Divide on the wrappers. Roll and seal each egg roll and place in deep fryer set to 350 degrees.
- Combine the two sauces to create the dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 oz Ridgecrest® pulled pork
- 2 tbsp Cabbage, shredded, wilted and seasoned
- 2 egg roll wrapper
- 2 oz General Tso sauce
- 2 oz BBQ sauce
