Roasted Butternut Squash

Directions

  1. Steam sliced squash for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Preheat frying pan over medium heat; add 1 tablespoon clarified butter and fry squash slices until browned on 1 side, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan and set aside.
