Romana Grilled Chicken
Directions
- Sprinkle Chicken with Creole seasoning and then place on grill.
- Place olive oil on flat grill and place zucchini on oil, then sprinkle with Pork seasoning.
- Turn Chicken and flip making diamond marks on chicken, when 95% cooked place watermelon on chicken, then top with fresh mozzarella to slightly melt.
- Roll zucchini and place in middle of plate. Place chicken on Zucchini. Top with Balsamic glaze and fresh basil and serve.

- 2 slices Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
- 1 ea watermelon, sliced
- 1/2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
- 1 oz Piancone® Balsamic Glaze
- 3 each Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, thin sliced
- 3 pinches Chipotle Creole seasoning
- 2 pinches Magellan® Pork seasoning
- 1 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive
