Ropa Vieja Salad

Directions

  1. Place lettuce in salad bowl and spread all other ingredients over lettuce.
  2. Cook skirt steak to medium and add to salad.
  3. Place lime wheel on top of steak and serve.

  • 2 wheels lime(s), charred

  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow, caramelized
  • 3 oz Roma® Olives, Black, Sliced

Soak the steak in the marinade over night.
