Salsa Verde Nachos
Directions
- In a skillet, warm BURKE® Cooked Sausage w/Salsa Verde-Style Seasonings until browned.
- Spread half of tortilla chips in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half of the sausage topping and half of the cheese.
- Layer the remaining tortilla chips, meat and cheese.
- Add queso, diced onion, tomato and Cotija cheese on top. Bake for 8-10 minutes (at 375 degrees fahrenheit) or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with avocado crema or hot sauce and serve with guacamole.

- 1 12 oz. bag tortilla chips, crispy
- 3 cups Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup Queso
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 tomato(es), diced
- 1/4 cup cheese, cotija, crumbled
- drizzle of avocado crema, (or hot sauce)
- 1 cup guacamole, prepared
