Saucy Asian Meatballs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet in an even single later. Bake for 20-25 minutes and set aside.
- While the meatballs are baking, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a pot over low heat until well blended and warm.
- Once meatballs have finished cooking, add the meatballs to the saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and pickled Asian vegetables.

- 1 2/3 cups Asian Pride® Hoisin Sauce
- 2/3 cups Asian Pride® Rice Vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
- 5 tbsp Asian Pride® Soy Sauce
- 2/3 cup Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce
- Asian vegetables, pickled
- 2 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
- 5 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
- rice, jasmine , cooked
- 5 lbs Roma® Gourmet Beef and Pork Meatballs, 0.5 oz
- sesame seeds
- 2/3 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
