Sausage Apple Mini Muffins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together milk, applesauce and egg until well blended.
- Stir in all-purpose baking mix and sugar until moistened. Then add chives, apple, cheese, and sausage.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. After baking, drizzle with apple butter.

- 2 cups Baking mix, all-purpose
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Apple, Honeycrisp, diced
- 1 cup cheese shredded, cheddar, sharp
- 1 lb Burke® Cooked Breakfast Sausage
