Heat oil in medium saute pan, season tuna steak with salt and pepper or Asian spice blend, sear steak on both sides for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from pan and let rest.
In a large mixing bowl combine the next five ingredients, add Avocado Ranch Dressing, and mix well, then plate.
Slice seared tuna steak into 1/4 in. strips and place on top of salad alternating each with slices of avocado. Sprinkle wonton strips over salad, drizzle Avocado Ranch Dressing and serve.
