Sicilian Grilled Cheese
Directions
- Butter bread and sprinkle shredded parmesan over the 2 slices and pat to coat.
- Butter grill and set cheese side down on grill.
- Add American and muenster to one side and mozzarella to the other.
- Place capicola on the grill to heat then place on the American side.
- When cheese is melted and bread is toasted, place together and cut on a bias, plate then add side and serve

- 1 oz. Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded or sliced
- 1 slice cheese, Muenster
- 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Sourdough
- 1 slice Northland Star® Cheese, American
- 3 oz Roma® Capicola
- 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, shredded
