Spicy Fried Alligator

Directions

  1. Chop alligator heat into bite sized chunks
  2. Bread with Spicy Cajun breader and fry 3 minutes until golden brown. Toss in Cajun seasoning
  3. Mix the dressing, chili sauce, grapefruit juice and jalapenos together, adjust with pepper sauce

  4. Serve with sauce and lemon wedge

  • 1 lb Alligator Meat, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cajun Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño(s), chopped
  • Pepper sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Piancone Roasted Red Pepper and Horseradish Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Seranno Chili Sauce
  • Spicy Cajun Breader
