Spinach Artichoke Bake

Directions

  1. In a cook pot, sauté bacon for 3-4 minutes or until brown. Add onions and sauté an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Add cold Spinach Artichoke Dip, flour, eggs and nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. Fill Spinach Artichoke Dip into a half size (4 inch deep) steam table pan or into individual dishes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  4. In preheated 350°F oven, bake until firm, approx. 30 minutes.

  • 1.5 cup onion, medium diced
  • 64 oz Stouffer's Spinach Artichoke Dip Gluten Free (Pouch)
  • .33 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 8 ea egg(s)
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 4 oz. Romano Cheese , shredded
