Steak & Eggs Benedict with Red Wine Hollandaise
Directions
- Brush muffin with oil, then toast.
- Place steak on grill and cook to desired temp.
- Place eggs in water to poach.

After muffin is toasted, place each piece on a plate. Place ½ the greens on each muffin.
- After steak is done, slice at a 45 degree angle and fan ½ on top of greens. Place a poached egg on each steak, sprinkle egg with pepper, ladle 1/2 sauce on each, garnish with parsley and serve

- 4 oz Red Wine Hollandaise sauce
- 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
- 6 oz Braveheart NY Strip Steak
- 2 dashes pepper
- 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® mixed greens
