Steak & Eggs Benedict with Red Wine Hollandaise


  1. Brush muffin with oil, then toast.
  2. Place steak on grill and cook to desired temp.
  3. Place eggs in water to poach.
  4. After muffin is toasted, place each piece on a plate. Place ½ the greens on each muffin.
  5. After steak is done, slice at a 45 degree angle and fan ½ on top of greens. Place a poached egg on each steak, sprinkle egg with pepper, ladle 1/2 sauce on each, garnish with parsley and serve


  • 1 Heritage Ovens® English Muffin(s), cut in half
  • 4 oz Red Wine Hollandaise sauce
  • 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
  • 6 oz Braveheart NY Strip Steak
  • 2 dashes pepper
  • 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® mixed greens
