Mexican Street Corn Fries

Directions

  1. Place fries into fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Heat a pan over medium high heat, add corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  3. Add elote seasoning and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Divide fries into bowls and top with corn, cheese and lime crema. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

  • 25 oz. Roma Fries, 3/8" Battered Straight Cut, Skin-On Pub Fries
  • 2 cups corn, charred
  • 1 cup cheese, cotija
  • 18 oz. Crema, lime
  • 1 tsp. elote, seasoning
  • cilantro, fresh, for garnish
