            Mexican Street Corn Fries
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Place fries into fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
 
    - Heat a pan over medium high heat, add corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden.
 
    - Add elote seasoning and sauté for an additional minute.
 
    - Divide fries into bowls and top with corn, cheese and lime crema. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

                                    - 25 oz. Roma Fries, 3/8" Battered Straight Cut, Skin-On Pub Fries
 
                                    - 2 cups corn, charred
 
                                    - 1 cup cheese, cotija
 
                                    - 18 oz. Crema, lime
 
                                    - 1 tsp. elote, seasoning
 
                                    -  cilantro, fresh, for garnish
