Entice® Tater Keg Cinco Nachos
Directions
- Fry the Tater Kegs until golden brown. Toss kegs with chorizo crumbles and butter.
- Place kegs on service platter. Drizzle with crema.
- Top with corn, red peppers, jalapenos, green onion, white onion, green chilies, cotija cheese and crown with cilantro.
- Place limes around platter then serve.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Contigo® Chorizo Crumbles, warmed
- 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, small dice
- 1/4 cup Contigo® Diced Green Chilies, drained
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Whole Corn Kernels, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup Roma® roasted red peppers, chopped
- 4 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
- 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, sprigs, for garnish
- 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), cut in half and charred for garnish
- 2 tbsp Contigo® Sliced Jalapenos
- 3 tbsp Contigo Cotija Cheese , grated
- 2 tbsp Crema, for garnish
- 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, room temperature
