Tex Mex Green Chile Pizza
Directions
- Gently form and stretch pizza dough into a 10-inch circle using flour as needed to prevent from sticking.
- Place stretched dough onto a pizza screen brushed with 1/2 Tablespoon(s) of olive oil; brush the remaining olive oil evenly across the top of the dough.
- Ladle the sauce onto the pizza leaving a 1/2-inch border around the outside.
- Top with cheese blend, beef crumbles, and pepperoni. Cook in the impinger for 5 minutes at 550° F.
- Once cooked, remove from the impinger and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with tajin seasoning and cilantro studded cotija cheese.

- 1/2 cup green chile marinara
- 1 cup Oaxacan Cheese Blend
- 1/4 cup BURKE® Mexican-Style Beef Crumbles
- 1/4 cup pepperoni
- 1 1/2 tsp Tajin Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Cilantro Studded Cotija Cheese
