Directions
- Roast, peel, and seed Anaheim peppers and let cool down in refrigerator.
- Dice Whole Milk or Part Skim Bacio Block Cheese and mix in with shredded meat
- Take the peeled and seeded Anaheim peppers and fill with roughly 2 oz of cheese and meat mixture. Use your hand to firmly squeeze and close the filling inside the pepper.
- Shingle 4-5 slices of bacon side by side then wrap the peppers perpendicular with the bacon. Once peppers are wrapped in bacon, tightly wrap in plastic and cool down in the refrigerator
- Take bacon wrapped peppers out of the plastic wrapping and fry at 350F until bacon is crispy. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

- 2 lb beef, brisket, smoked
