Tres Leches Cake Flutes

Directions

  1. Crush the pistachios and season them with the Ancho Chile seasoning.
  2. Toast them in the oven @ 350 degrees until crispy.
  3. In a small flute glass, spoon half ounce of melba sauce in the bottom of cup, add 2 oz scoop of tres leches cake, and then sprinkle it with the toasted chile pistachios.

  • 4 2 oz scoops Contigo Tres Leches cake
  • 2 oz Melba sauce
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tsp ancho chile powder
