Directions
- Spread the softened butter over one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread, buttered sides down, onto a 350°F grill and grill to a golden brown (one side only). Place the bread onto a work surface, toasted sides down.
- Spread one slice with sweet hot mustard, and spread the other with Sriracha Mayo.
- Top the mustard with shredded lettuce, then arrange sliced tomato over the lettuce. Top the tomato slices with onion. Arrange the bacon strips over the sliced onion. Mound the sliced turkey over the bacon.
- Top with sliced avocado and sprouts. Place the second slice of bread over the sprouts. Cut in half on the diagonal. Serve.

- 1 tbsp Land O'Lakes® Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise, Sriracha, heaping
- 1 tbsp mustard, sweet hot, heaping
- 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Shredded
- 1 slice Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red
- 2 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
