Vanilla-Bean Panna Cotta


  1. Sprinkle gelatin in milk and allow to bloom for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile in a sauce pot combine all ingredients together and bring to a simmer. Once the mixture comes to a soft simmer, remove from heat and strain into a clean bowl.
  3. Allow mixture to cool and pour into desired molds. Place in refrigerator until time of use. Un-mold and serve with appropriate accommodates.

  • 1 qt Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 oz vanilla extract, pure
