Vietnamese Herb Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar in water, then combine lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar water. 
  2. Add fresh herbs and crushed red pepper and chill until serving.

  • 1 cup Ascend® Premium Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup Roland® Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
  • 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mint, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Fresh Thai Basil, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Crushed Red Pepper
