West Creek® Cumin Black Beans

Directions

  1. In a rondeau over medium heat add oil, cumin, and chili powder heat for 1 minute.
  2. Add onions, salt, pepper to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add beans and tomatoes cook for 4-5 minutes.

  • 1 can West Creek® Beans, Black Canned, strained and rinsed
  • 2 cans Contigo® diced green chili
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, medium dice
  • 2 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Roma® Cumin, Ground
  • 3 tbsp Roma® Chili Powder
  • 3 cups Contigo® crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
