West Creek® Cumin Black Beans
Directions
- In a rondeau over medium heat add oil, cumin, and chili powder heat for 1 minute.
- Add onions, salt, pepper to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add beans and tomatoes cook for 4-5 minutes.

- 1 can West Creek® Beans, Black Canned, strained and rinsed
- 2 cans Contigo® diced green chili
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, medium dice
- 2 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Roma® Cumin, Ground
- 3 tbsp Roma® Chili Powder
- 3 cups Contigo® crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
